6. FY 23 Budget Adoption :
   • Wizards revenue will go up with final deposit
   • Conference dinners are coming out (spring and fall)
   • Changes to teacher reimbursements
   • School gift is listed but changes annually
   • A few line items coming out that are no longer used
   • Checking – $7, 913.59
   • Money Market -$13, 837.42
   • Budget passes – 13 votes
7. Last items:
   • Field day
   • Teacher surprises with snoball truck
   • Five choices of snoball treat
8. Wizards game was great with 700 people
   • Boosters made more than anything they made in 23-24
   • Went through 14 pizzas
   • Moving it to March
   • Hotel was a bit of a mix up but will be covered for next year.
9. After school activities:
   • Ending soon.
   • May go through Parks and Recs.
     1. Park and Recs can be problematic as we get lost in the shuffle and not enough kids.
10. Website will be transferring over to new host so someone else can take it over.
11. Need new PTAC rep.
12. Thank you for teacher appreciation week!!  We were so spoiled!
13. Principal report:
    • MCAP testing is wrapping up.
    • End of year is wrapping up.  
    • Field day is next week.  200 volunteers.
    • Chorus and handbells next week.
    • Glenelg graduation the following day. 
    • 5^th grade promotion is the first half day (Wed. the 12^th)
    • We are staffed for historical class sizes next year.
