Hello from the PTA! We are already thinking about the ’24-’25 school year.
Why?
Because we realized that there’s still one thing missing from our PTA! YOU! Yes, specifically YOU.
PTA Jobs for the 2024/2025 School Year
For the past few years, we’ve had to cancel, reschedule or rearrange at least one activity because we didn’t have enough people helping.
This year we’re getting organized- here is a list of the roles in the PTA, what they’re responsible for, and who is signed up (or not signed up, in many cases).
These events CANNOT HAPPEN without volunteers. Introverts- those activities with only one person needed? Those are SOLO jobs. Work alone in peace! Extroverts- we’ve got jobs for you too! Check out the jobs with more than 1 person on the committee.
Check out all of the roles and please consider signing up! Thank you for your help! https://www.signupgenius.com/go/20F0845A5A82CA4FC1-48714012-lisbon

Event and Activity Chairs
For those of you who want to help, but aren’t sure which role you’d like, we are including a ranking from 1-5 on Cathy’s Scale of Difficulty. Roles with a 1 are “easy peasy” and roles with a 5 are more hands on. Keep in mind that what is easy to one person may be hard for someone else so please read the descriptions.
The number of volunteers needed refers to the volunteers for the committee- not overall volunteers for the event. If we are transferring the role over the following year, we may need 2 volunteers that year so that the new person can learn the job.
